Role Overview:
We seek a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. This
role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and
driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking
abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, networking, and outreach to identify and develop new business
opportunities. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, emails, and social media
engagement. - Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their
business requirements. - Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align business development initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of market trends and strategic business planning.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .Minimum NVQ level 4 equivalent
